Ventilation Duct Introduction
The ventilation duct is made of PVC composite polyester fiber fabric, processed by hot-air welding. It has the advantages of being lightweight, high-strength, eco-friendly and odorless, with low airflow resistance, low air leakage rate, and long service life. Made of double-sided PVC coating with a smooth surface, providing a low friction coefficient during ventilation. The material complies with European and American occupational safety and health standards, with flame-retardant performance meeting EU and US standards. The high tensile strength in both warp and weft directions ensures the quality of the duct. Anti-static material options are available.

Production Process
The duct is manufactured using hot-air welding technology with a welding width of 5 cm. The high-quality welding process guarantees excellent airflow performance and prevents air leakage. Iron buckle perforations are provided for convenient suspension, with a standard hole spacing of 80 cm.

Installation Method
For ducts with a diameter below 1.8m: single-row suspension.For ducts above 1.8 m: optional production of 60°, 90°, or 180° dual-row suspension, which saves vertical space and facilitates equipment passage. Expansion hooks are directly installed on the tunnel wall, with steel wire ropes pulled horizontally to suspend the duct.Zipper connection can be selected. Zippers are welded separately on the inner and outer duct walls. As air pressure increases, the zipper connection shifts to the outer wall to ensure no air leakage.
